Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We're gearing up for an incredible celebration to honor the accomplishments and inclusion of our amazing 4th and 5th-grade resource students. Our goal for this project is to create an unforgettable celebration that acknowledges two significant milestones: the advancement of our 5th graders to middle school and the publication of our very first book by our resource students. Through this event, we aim to foster a sense of pride, belonging, and accomplishment among our students, highlighting their progress and unique contributions to our classroom and school community.

As we gather to commemorate this milestone, we anticipate creating an atmosphere filled with joy, camaraderie, and appreciation.

The speaker we're seeking will serve as a central element in enhancing the celebratory atmosphere. It will play a dual role during our festivities: first as a PA system during our Publishing Party, amplifying the voices of our students as they read their published book to an audience, and secondly, as a music player during the Advancement Party, setting the stage for a joyous celebration. Providing clear and vibrant sound will ensure that every moment of this special occasion is memorable and impactful, encouraging dancing and creating cherished memories for the students.

What makes our students special is their resilience, creativity, and determination. Despite facing challenges, they've demonstrated remarkable progress and growth, culminating in the publication of their very first book. This achievement showcases their academic abilities and highlights their unique talents and contributions to our school community. Our students inspire us with their perseverance and spirit, and we're honored to celebrate their successes and support them as they continue their educational journey.

Please join us in celebrating the achievements of our 4th and 5th-grade resource students and sending them off to summer with love, encouragement, and a whole lot of fun one last time!
