This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Celebrations are often what people remember the most from elementary school. I remember having hot coco parties at Christmas, dressing up for Halloween, and making hand turkeys at Thanksgiving.

With your help, the supplies I've requested will help my class of English Language Learners celebrate holidays and other traditions from around the world!

All of the items that I have requested will help my students making lasting memories at school, and make learning fun! I've asked for materials to celebrate Christmas, Eid, Halloween, Chinese New Year, and many more!

I've also requested general art supplies such as paint, smocks, paint brushes, and paper to assist in the crafts we'll be doing throughout the year. I even requested a large stuffed giraffe as well because my students love animals, and our favorite field trip every year is to the zoo!

With your generous support, this will be a school year to remember full of laughter and lifelong memories.
