Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our school, we believe that showing up is the first step to success. Our students who achieved perfect attendance this year have demonstrated outstanding commitment, responsibility, and determination. We want to recognize their dedication in a way that motivates not only them, but also encourages others to value being present and engaged every day.

To celebrate these students, we are requesting support to fund a recognition program that includes high-impact rewards and celebratory incentives.

Here’s how your support will help:

Apple 11-inch iPad (128GB): This will be used as the grand prize in our perfect attendance raffle. The winner will be selected from a pool of students with perfect attendance. This high-tech reward promotes digital literacy and gives students access to educational apps and tools that support learning at home.

Razor XLR 90 Electric Scooter: A fun and active prize to encourage healthy habits and consistent attendance. The scooter will also be raffled among perfect attendance achievers, offering an exciting incentive that keeps students motivated throughout the school year.

Nintendo Switch with Neon Joy-Con: Another top-tier incentive item for our reward program. For many students, a prize like this is beyond what families can provide. It serves as a huge motivator for maintaining good attendance and will be awarded in a public celebration of student success.
