Recently, our students showcased their Science projects at the school fair to demonstrate deep understanding of scientific method or engineering design process. They all presented their project to either member of the faculty and staff or to their fellow classmates. My students worked tirelessly toward the completion of their project and they took pride of what they have accomplished. Some of these students went to the district fair to represent our school. Though most of them will not go to state competition, they have represented our school and themselves with passion and pride. These rewards and acknowledgement, though small and simple would allow them to realize that hard work always pay off.
Before the year ends, our team would acknowledge 20 outstanding students who have consistently met the academic, social, and emotional aspects of what successful students should be.
