This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

All of my students enjoy Fun Friday every week and end-of-the-quarter celebrations. I only have a couple of games that only a few students can play. Being able to give them board games to play while engaging in conversations with each other, laughing together, and having fun is something that will hopefully bring a little more joy to all of my students.

Watching them interact with each other instead of being behind a screen helps them work on their speaking, listening, and social skills, which they all need a little extra help with.
