Celebrate Kids!

Help me give my students the joy of feeling special! We do that in several ways in our classroom. Birthdays, Star of the Week and lost teeth are all celebrated in kindergarten with posters and bracelets!

My Project

We love to celebrate milestones in our classroom! Birthdays, lost teeth and Stars of the Week are some of our favorite celebrations in Kindergarten.

On each child's birthday (or a chosen day, if they are summer babies) we sing, have them wear a birthday crown, give them a sticker and celebrate.

Each child is given a week to be the Star. They share something every day with the class beginning with a special poster. They will also get a special star to take home.

Losing teeth is a fun part of Kindergarten! The kids enjoy taking their teeth home in the tooth necklace.

Allowing each child to shine is so important and these items will help my students do just that!
