My Project
Graduation is a magical time for our seniors. Getting their caps and gowns after graduation practice marks their final achievement in high school. They have made it and they are really graduating. It marks four years of hard working and for many, the first graduation from high school in their family.
Our seniors love to decorate their graduation caps to represent their culture or country of origin, their future career or educational plans or a milestone in their high school career.
Their personalities shine through in the individual designs they each create and we spend hours helping them make the perfect cap to celebrate their perfect day. With the cardstock, flowers and jewels, as well as the supplies for the Cricut machine, we will be able to decorate the graduation cap of any senior who wants to decorate.
We are 100% title 1 and have a diverse student body. Many students work to help contribute to the bills at home, care for younger siblings and have many other challenges that make this accomplishment all the more significant. We want to celebrate them in all the ways we can.
