My Project
I teach Pre-K in a rural public elementary school. I would love to add new and exciting items to my classroom to help my students learn about, explore, and celebrate people of all different colors, cultures, and abilities! My classroom has students of different races, cultures, and abilities and I want my classroom to represent each child through our play centers. I want to teach children from an early age the importance of inclusion and acceptance. Young children are naturally curious and excited to explore differences and I want to foster that in my classroom my providing students these resources that celebrate everyone's differences.
