CCHS Weight Room Renovation

Help me give my students new attachments for full body lifting in our renovated weight room.

My Project

Students and student-athletes were hindered in their physical and emotional health during COVID-19. At CCHS we are trying to get kids healthy again and into the weightroom. We are teaching them lifts and movements that will benefit them for life. We have recently bought new weight racks and a few cable machines, but these attachments will allow students to broaden the spectrum of lifts they can take with them after they graduate. Student will benefit in core and upper body strength from the items I have in this campaign. THANK YOU for your support!!
