Help me give my students journals, headphones, markers, and other supplies to explore their feelings and individual passions and to learn different ways to express themselves as they regain social interaction and collaboration skills hindered by social distancing and isolation of the COVID pandemic.

My Project
Students have been isolated, distanced, separated by social distancing efforts, and delayed in developing the social skills of negotiation and collaboration as a result of COVID health and safety precautions. They've been behind face masks which has hindered their ability to use facial expressions to communicate emotions and read social cues of classmates. These are very important skills in developing appropriate social skills and a sense of self.
The art supplies, craft materials, writing materials, journals, and listening centers provided with this project will support activities for self-exploration and collaboration among students as we get back to the social nature of learning.
