This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

If my project is fully funded, my students will be able to express their answers by showing their thinking to show their fellow students what they know using the Expo markers. Students will be able to check each other's understanding of classroom objectives. This also makes it easier for the teacher to see any miscommunication that may be going on. A lot of learning loss has occurred because of COVID, and individual student expression helps bridge that gap. Student explanations will then deepen their knowledge of subjects taught in class, helping them be better successful now and in the future.
