My Project
My students are a diverse and enthusiastic group, each bringing unique backgrounds and perspectives to our classroom. They are incredibly motivated, especially in our gamified learning environment where Pokémon play a key role in driving their excitement and determination. Their hard work has already set school records for reading growth, and their passion for learning is truly inspiring. The Pokémon books and manga will captivate my students' imaginations, providing engaging and relatable stories that will enhance their reading skills. The 24" Pikachu plush will serve as a comforting reading buddy, making reading time more enjoyable and encouraging reluctant readers to participate. The binder sleeves will protect our Pokémon cards, which are used as rewards and educational tools, ensuring that they remain in great condition for all students to enjoy.

The primary goal of this project is to further motivate my students to read and to support their literacy development. By integrating their love for Pokémon into our reading activities, I aim to create a dynamic and enjoyable learning experience that continues to foster their impressive growth. My students' dedication and enthusiasm for learning, especially within our gamified classroom, are what make them truly special. Their ability to set and achieve ambitious goals, coupled with their diverse backgrounds, creates a rich and supportive learning environment where everyone thrives. This project will build on their successes and take their reading achievements to new heights, providing them with the resources they need to continue their journey of lifelong learning.
