This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Our wrestling team is a group of charismatic and unique individuals working towards a common goal. These students are in various classes during the day, but band together after school to practice and compete in the sport of wrestling.

These student athletes are children between the ages of 14-18 years old.

They are energetic and inquisitive in the classroom and extremely hardworking on the wrestling mat! These students are active within our school community, often participating in extra events or community service to improve our school!

My Project

These bags will be used by the wrestlers to transport their needed equipment for matches and practices. Each bag will carry the students' personal belongings as well as books, head gear, singlets and team shirts. These bags will not only allow our students to transport their wrestling gear, but will also allow them to bring their books to away events and provide them extra study time!

Right now, our students are trying to cram a lot of equipment into their book bags, so often times they are forced to carry stuff in their arms or leave things behind.

These new bags will allow our team not only to bring all of their necessary gear, but will also help them in team building and camaraderie by giving them all a great gear bag! The set of bags will make them feel professional on and off the mat!
