Help me give my students know when recess is done by listening to the whistle to line up and give them the chance to carry their lunch boxes, water bottles, and other personal things to cafeteria and more.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work with title one students that are bilingual and still learning English. My students need whistles for their teachers to be able to line them up after recess to go to lunch. They also need a wheel cart to place their lunch boxes, water bottles, and other items to the recess area and cafeteria. This way they can be more organized and on time to go to eat their lunches. Lining up right away after recess helps them hear us (teachers) even if the student is a bit far from the assigned teacher. This project will provide a whistle for every first grade teacher and will be beneficial to 150 students. These whistles can also be used when we do events like field day. The cart will be for my Homeroom classroom to be able to more their lunches and other items throughout the school and whenever we get the chance to go to school trips. We will be blessed by your generosity and love for education.
