My Students
The students at our school are great! They come to school prepared to learn and are very eager to gain as much knowledge as they can.
My students are always ready for a new learning adventure each day!
When they come to school, they are bright-eyed and ready to be engaged in the days lesson. The students are a fantastic group of kids. It's always heartwarming to see their smiles each day and hear their laughter. My students are the best!
My Project
The "Carpet for Kiddies" Project will help my students who are currently in school and who will be returning. Our classroom floor is bare and has only tile. Carpet for Kiddies will help get my students a comfortable place to sit and learn during group activities, direct instruction, teacher read alouds, and independent reading.
Students like to have a place to go other than their desks to sit and do their work.
If we have the carpet in our room, students will have the option to have an alternate work space in the classroom. Also, having the carpet seems to be just fun to students! It makes a classroom feel more like being in the comforts of home.
