My Project

Students will be able to monitor their progress while they are exercising and participating in their sports and activities. They will have instant feedback at the end of the class to see if they met their goal or exceeded it.

The goals for our project are to raise awareness of heart rate zones and how vigorously students are working towards meeting their fitness goals.

They can take these skills and build upon them so that they remain physically active adults for the rest of their lives.

Our students are athletes, scholars, artists, and well-rounded students who are curious about their progress toward their fitness goals and benefit from the use of technology.
