Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The project will help students build EMPTAHY, communication, social connectedness, teamwork, and many other social-emotional aspects. White T-shirts are needed in X-Large, and Medium for this project.It will also help promote a deeper understanding and empathy for what is going on in our world! The push for community action projects is essential in enabling students to be actively aware of the various difficulties that exist in our society, especially the increased violence in our communities. Students will have the opportunity to promote Peace through their words, and designs and through creating fashion products that will be featured in an end-of-year fashion show. All acquired proceeds from their designs will be donated to various charity causes that promote peace!
