My Project
I teach a variety of students from mostly low income families. Many of my students come to school in clothes that are too small, tired from sharing rooms with multiple siblings, and no snacks because their parents just don’t have the extra money. I use a lot of my own money to help my students every year and my own family is struggling now because of my son’s medical treatments for leukemia. My students are hard workers and deserve to have a comfortable environment at school. The items I’ve chosen will allow my student’s opportunities to choose from a variety of different things to help them stay attentive and on task.
