This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarten and first grade students will learn about careers while they complete these super cool puzzles. It also helps them work on their fine motor skills, as well as the 4 Cs: critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration.
When my kindergarten and first grade students play with these puzzles, they learn about different careers, such as scientist, chef, police officer, veterinarian, airplane pilot, astronaut, teacher, soldier, doctor, farmer and firefighter.
It helps them think about what they might want to be when they grow up, which is super exciting!
These puzzles also help them understand that anyone can be anything they want, no matter who they are.
