This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With the supplies from this project, you will be helping me provide my students with the ability to dress up while playing and exploring the centers. The children will be able to act as various members of the community which will also tie into our curriculum. The students are exposed to Community Helpers in our curriculum and with the costumes, they can act it out, explore their choices, and even decide which careers they may like best.
Exposure to community helpers will be a great way to remind them that they will grow up and be someone helpful in the community as well.
