My Project
My school is a Pre-K - 5th grade school and sometimes our little ones need clean clothes to help get them through the day. We strive to make sure all of our students have what they need. We know that there are many barriers to learning, and we want to help! Currently a sweet teacher on campus goes out and buys anything she can to ensure kids have access to clean clothes. I'd like to help her continue giving children this gift without it coming out of her pocket. I'd like to create a Care Closet to meet their needs. Our students will have access to invaluable resources: clean clothing, under garments, and socks. We want our students to know how much we love and support them. We understand that they need to have their basic needs met in order to learn.
