This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students with special needs and learning differences are in need of basic care products. Students receiving special education services have requested items from teachers and staff such as shampoo, body wash and lip balm. Unfortunately, the demand for these items has increased over the years and we are need of a restock.

This project will allow students access to personal hygiene supplies.

The materials will be stored in one of the special education classrooms and will be provided to students upon request. Our previous care closet materials have been depleted. We are desperately in need of restock, especially of the materials that are appropriate for various hair textures and styles.
