My Project
Students that do not have their basic needs met can not learn. They are unable to focus on their learning because they are worried about the things they lack. Our goal is to start a Care Closet where students can get items they may need. This will allow them to focus on their learning while at school. We have started with a few basic hygiene items- brushes, combs, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and deodorant. If a child does not have access to these items at home, then they will be able to get them from the Care Closet.
