This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Thank you for taking the time to view this project! Our students come from low-income households and they are English language learners. Many of the students have speech and language disabilities and Individualized Education Programs.
Cardstock and a laminator will help make learning interactive and engaging!
We will be able to create graphic organizers and center/station materials that we can reuse. Students can sort, write and wipe, and organize by colors.
A laminator will also help us be able to create materials that are durable and last longer. We will use less paper and there will be less printing. We also will use the laminator for name tags, ID cards, art projects, Mother's Day, Father's day and Christmas gifts, math fact flash cards, sight word flash cards, the list goes on and on.
Our laminator broke last year so we are very much in need of a new one. Our school does not have the funds to provide laminators, sheets, and the cardstock we need to support our amazing students. Thank you!
