My students need 12 Makedo Cardboard Construction Tools, 12 Squishy Circuit Lite Kits to experience making, inventing and having fun while engineering.

My Students

Students in my class are very enthusiastic to become engineers. They have started inventing by using cardboard and recyclables. They are learning valuable creative skills that will help them in the future.

These students could make and invent by using cardboard, which is inexpensive and available to them.

Our school has a high percentage of students who receive free lunch in a rural area. My students are fun and caring. They are excited about learning and mean a lot to me.

My Project

The first and second graders will use the cardboard tools to design, make and improve their inventions out of cardboard. The circuit kits allow students to not just make play doh that lights up, but use creativity to make endless inventions!

I will be guiding the process but students will independently decide on a project where they make connections, mistakes, and achievements.

This is exciting for students because it gives them an opportunity to create from materials that are easily available at home and school at a low cost. Cardboard, recyclable, and circuits will open up a world of creativity for them.
