Capturing Language With Open Hands

Help me give my students confidence in our Sign Language Class! The use of games like Q-Bitz help students visualize in 3D, and the ASL rug will make a wonderful addition to our signing space.

My Project

I am thrilled to have the group of kids that I do this year. I teach all levels in a visual language class, and I desire to be the best teacher for them. As an elective class in a career pathways school, it touches my heart when the students give all they have, and 100 out of 100 of my students are crushing it.

For this project, I specifically have my graduating students in mind.

Although most items will benefit all levels that I teach, I hand picked items that will secure that those who are in the upper level of ASL will have the skills and talent to create picturesque language, and the passion to continue their learning beyond high school.
