Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My Kindergarten students are in a special Dual Language Program and we have many traditional activities with them. Parents cannot always be a part of special moments or traditions at school. I often take pictures to remember those moments. We also make a memory video at the end of the year for the class. My goal is to share all of these memories with the parents by taking great quality pictures with this camera.
My students will learn to cherish memories that they will have a picture and a video for.
I also use pictures to make gifts for the parents at least four times a year. We make gifts for Halloween, Christmas, Mother's Day, Fathers Day and Kindergarten Graduation.
Using my personal cell phone is no longer an option to capture these memories for various reasons. Your donation will guarantee great yearly memories for these special students.
