Capture Kindness

Help me give my students Capture Kindness is a creative art and science initiative at ROA where students use art, beaded bracelets, and uplifting messages to spread kindness and build a more positive school community.

My Project

Capture Kindness invites students to express and promote kindness through hands-on art projects. By creating and sharing meaningful, uplifting artwork and beaded kindness bracelets, students will take an active role in shaping a more inclusive, thoughtful, and supportive school environment.

Project Components:

Kindness-Themed Art: Students will create small art pieces with messages like “Be Kind,” “You Matter,” and “You Belong.” These pieces will be framed and displayed around the school to encourage a culture of empathy and appreciation.

Kindness Bracelets: Using colorful beads and positive affirmations, students will make bracelets to share with classmates and staff, or to leave anonymously around the school to brighten someone’s day.

Creative Displays: Completed artwork and shared stories of kindness will be featured on bulletin boards and displays in common areas, turning ROA into a celebration of compassion and creativity.
