it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Paul Klee is a Swiss artist who lived from 1879 to 1940. He liked to play with blocks, colors and abstractions. Although now Paul Klee is considered a master of color theory, He spent a long time in his search for a sense of color.
Students will develop skill in application of acrylic paint, organize/compose visual elements, create a composition with color balance, and coordinate shapes and figures through a creative process of possible addition and subtraction of elements.
For this exciting project, students will use acrylic paint to create a color table with widgets. In doing so, they’ll explore by mixing colors, then adding white to make tints and black to create shades. They’ll use the method of glazing using medium to add transparency to their colors.
