My students are from all different background and range from 1st-5th grade. They do well in the Art room and have grown from working remote last year. They love to do projects in Art that are engaging and they can use their creativity.
My Project
We will be using these as an end of the year Art project. I like for my 4th and 5th grade students to take the knowledge they learned throughout the year and create a piece of artwork on canvas. They can choose what they want and it takes them a couple classes to finish. Many students have never worked on canvas and this would provide them the opportunity to explore this new medium. This is also a project they can take home and hang on their wall. They enjoy it very much!
