This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

One of the best ways to get students excited about being at school is by creating a positive, welcoming, and spirited school culture. Walking around school, students will feel this when the walls are covered in art! Posters for events, sports, encouragement are all ways to engage the student body and make them feel seen and welcome.

This project will give us a head start in creating beautiful displays for students on campus!

The canvases and paint will allow us to create displays that can withstand the test of time and weather much better than posters can. This will be an exciting new way to make our campus bright, beautiful, and welcoming.
