it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
The students I will be working with are kindergarten students who live in the West Bronx/Tremont area. During this difficult time, I have been fortunate to have a class of wonderful kindergarten students. My class is part of the Horizon Program. My students have been diagnosed with Autism.
My Project
My class is part of the Horizon Program. My students have been diagnosed with Autism. They are energetic and enthusiastic and love technology. Our school has implemented the iReady educational program and my students love completing their lessons in Reading and Math. My young students struggle with the one-size-fits-all headsets, mainly because the headsets do not fit comfortably on their ears. This creates an unnecessary distraction and my students have difficulty completing their lessons. The requested headphones will allow my students to complete their assigned lessons comfortably. Thank you!
