My Students

These days, a lot of our curriculum supports are online with individualized instruction. This leads to the need of headphones or earbuds. Many students do not have these of their own. I teach in a small, low income town- one elementary, one middle, one high school. Many supplies come from teacher pockets or donations from our families.

Despite the hardships, students come to school to learn.

My students understand and appreciate the individual help they get from their programs and realize that listening too loudly interrupts others. They realize the need but unfortunately not all can get these from home. Having a class set of headphones would be so helpful and I know they’d appreciate them.

I’ve registered for headphones because they’re easier to clean and to keep individualized over sets of earbuds. Some students are also too sensitive for earbuds.
