Can You Hear My Teaching Voice?

Help me give my students the ability to hear my voice across the classroom with my mask on and for me to hear them read as I record their voice for reading assessments.

My Students

My students are passionate, avid, and hungry learners. They love to read and are constantly asking questions about the world around them. As a teacher, I want to give them the entire world and every chance to feed their growing brains. My students are growing in every way and in order to make sure that they don't stop, I am trying my best to support them every step of the way!

My Project

The voice amplifier will be used so that students can hear me better as I am at the front of the classroom. Because of COVID-19, we have to wear our masks all day in order to protect each other. The masks also muffle my voice causing the students to have a hard time listening.

The recording device is so that when I assess students' reading levels I can replay their voice to make sure that I am able to hear clearly how they are reading.

With their masks, it is very difficult to hear them properly the first time. The batteries will help with powering these devices.
