This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our class incorporates a lot of technology into our learning. The headphones will allow student learning to be differentiated during instruction. With each student wearing their own headphones individuals are able to hear videos and podcasts related to our learning, but I could tailor to each student. These headphones will also help me assess individual student's needs. Students are often asked to demonstrate their understanding by creating a video, which will be made easier with individual headphones.
Funding this project would help students move beyond being simply consumers of digital media to being producers.
