This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are very motivated learners and deserve the very best each and every day. I teach at a Title I school where a lot of the students come from very unique households. I am so impressed with how much effort and success I see from my students.

The younger years in school are such a momentous year in a child's education.

They are learning so much academically and emotionally, and it is my hope that I can continue to create an exciting, productive, and engaging atmosphere for my students to learn and grow. I hope that you will help us.

My Project

My kindergarteners need headphones to use with our classroom tablets. Every year, students use headphones each day to work independently listening to stories in reading, working on math, and other learning apps we use.

Quality headphones will help students focus on these activities.

Students have the option to bring their own, but some students are still without their own headphones and other headphones will not last the whole year. That is why I am hoping to procure a class set of headphones that will allow students to use classroom technology to its full advantage.

Headphones are a valuable piece of technology in the classroom that help students with their learning. Every year I spend money on headphones that are not long-lasting, and I am not able to get enough for a classroom set. However, these headphones should last for years to come for many students. I have also included an organizational tool to keep them headphones secure when not in use. Thank you for your support!
