This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are kind, thoughtful and full of energy as they join my virtual classroom each morning! They log on each day ready to take control of their learning as they grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration!
Many students in my virtual classroom have difficulty concentrating at home because of background noise.
They also struggle to communicate without a dedicated microphone.
Each student absolutely loves learning and would benefit greatly if they had a headset! They are truly an incredible group, and I am so lucky and thankful to have a new group of learners that are excited and ready to learn in my virtual classroom!
My Project
By donating to our project, you will not only help to improve and increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement!
Many of my students are unable to listen closely during instruction or while viewing content videos and read alouds.
Also, they are unable to have meaningful interactions with their classmates. Headsets would connect them in so many ways.
Each headset donated will be gifted to a student in my classroom! What a way to show how much they are loved and valued even at a distance!
