This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are eager scholars who come to school ready to learn every day. They learn through dramatic play, hands-on activities, singing, and through the use of technology.

We are fortunate enough to have 1:1 Chromebooks, and each student is able to experience personalized learning through our online programs (iReady, Raz Kids, Epic Books, and so much more!).

My students are critical thinkers, problem solvers, and soon to be effective contributors to society - the graduating class of 2033!

My Project

Because we have 1:1 Chromebooks in the classroom, we utilize our Chromebooks to learn through online programs every day. Now, imagine hearing 25 Chromebooks provide individual instruction to students.... with NO headphones. That's a lot of noise! As you can imagine, having students use their Chromebooks with no headphones can lead to a disruptive learning environment with many distractions.

Currently, my students' headphones have been breaking daily and we are in need of an entirely new set of headphones.

With our new headphones, students will be able to listen to their personalized instruction with no distractions. Our new headphones will also help our students be more focused and will create a calm learning environment for all students. Thank you in advance for your support!
