Why is Cardio Desk Drumming so awesome?

Drumming reduces stress and negative emotions. Drumming provides an outlet for self-expression and emotional release. Drumming helps us to connect with others. Drumming produces deeper self-awareness by inducing synchronous brain activity and promoting alpha waves. Drumming is FUN!
