I am asking for an Eyesound Jellyfish Lamp Bluetooth Speaker with White Noise and a ROOMEDAL Audio Phone to create a calm down corner for kids positive mental health. This calm-down space, will be a designated area where children can go to manage their emotions and regain control when feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious. This space is designed to practice self-regulation and develop coping skills. The recording phone will be for students to record their feelings when they are upset or frustrated.
These resources will provide a outlet and space where the concept of using mental strength and resilience is encouraged to overcome any challenges, both physical and emotional by being able to express their feelings.
In this space children will be encouraged to believe in themselves and their ability to cope with difficulties. This concept is relevant in various settings and is crucial in children's mental and emotional well-being. I would love to provide them a space where they learn to manage their thoughts and emotions!
