Calming Counseling Center

Help me give my students a calming counseling center where they can work through challenging emotions and problems.

My Project

These items will be used to help establish a new calming counseling center where our school social worker and school psychologist can counsel our most vulnerable students.

Students who are in distress need a location where they can feel comfortable and regulated to talk about their problems and concerns.

Snacks, lighting, sensory tools, etc. will be used to set up this small but helpful environment at our school. Students who are needing support for their mental health will learn better if give this space and time with a professional to work through difficulties.
