My Project

Hi, I’m a 4th grade teacher and would love it if I could get funded to support my awesome 4th graders.

I work in an inner city school and have been for the last 24 years.

Unfortunately, the students I serve come in with many disadvantages and obstacles that deter them from getting ahead emotionally as well as academically.

I am asking if you could kindly fund my project. I would love to create a safe space for my students to go to (in the classroom) when they are feeling emotionally unstable or need a time out to regroup and gather their feelings.
