My Project
My preschool classroom is full of 4 years old children. Since they are small one of our main objectives is to help them develop social and emotional skills that will enable them to thrive in their life. Anger, sadness, loneliness, and fear are normal human emotions experienced by all young children. I would love to use the "Calming Area" strategy in my classroom. So all my present and future students can have the opportunity to have a place where they can go to calm down, be comforted, or problem-solve!
