This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My second-grade students come to class ready to learn and meet the daily challenges. They value each other's contributions while working in collaborative teams. They are respectful and empathetic students who view each other's differences as strengths.
Their daily enthusiasm and learning enjoyment continue to spark my love for teaching each year.
Additionally, the student's families demonstrate their support through their daily involvement and support. I can't imagine doing it all alone. It does take a village.
The sofa, area rug, chart, and books are the necessary resources to help the students identify their emotions and calm down. Thank you for your support.
