My Project
Many of my students have indicated to me that stress and anxiety is a major factors in prohibiting their success. I would like students who enter my math class to know there are places and tools in my room designed to help them de-stress and release their anxiety. My students have told me that writing on the whiteboard is an effective way to de-escalate and relax. They've also indicated they would love a designated place to disconnect. By providing portable whiteboards in addition to a relaxation area with a Mini Upholstered Couch Middle Ages Modern Accent Chair and plant, students will have multiple ways to get back on track and boost their learning.
With your help, I can create opportunities for students to release some of their tensions enabling them to better focus during the critical instructional minutes of math class.
With COVID delays every minute of mathematical instruction is critical. By providing access to different seating choices, and stress-relieving whiteboard spaces to draw and doodle, students will be able to relieve stress thus freeing up their brains to focus and engage in our lessons. Your support will help students to continue to grow academically and emotionally.
