Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our school's Autism program is in need of more sensory supports to help students regulate within the classroom so they can meet their sensory needs and still access their curriculum. Our neurodiverse students are amazingly talented and benefit greatly from supports to help them achieve a calm mind and body. Our goal is for students to have all the tools they need to not only achieve but thrive within the general education and special education environment. All senses need to be engaged and regulated in order for new learning to occur so please consider supporting our project!
