My Project
All students deserve to come to school feeling great about themselves and emotionally ready for the day. Unfortunately, this is not the reality for many of the students that come to my school. My goal is to create a space in the school library where students can go and grab a personal hygiene item that they don't have access to at home or take a moment to process their emotions so they can be their best selves.
Middle school can be a hard enough time for kids, creating a safe space for them to access basic hygiene or take a quick reset can drastically change the outcome of their day.
