My Project

These items will support my student's use of our calm zone with multiple tools to support their growth. In addition, we are going to use class rewards for some of our team challenges and to motivate/celebrate students.

We look forward to learning how to best calm our body and reset so we can follow the group plan.

Sometimes using a sensory tool can support focus and calm when emotions are high. Seeing data on how our body reacts will show students the effects of using calming strategies to literally bring their heart rate down.
