Calm Minds, Bright Futures: Sensory Bottles for Our Students

Help me give my students a sensory bottle kit to help with self-regulation, focus, and anxiety. These calming tools support emotional well-being, providing a simple way for students to manage big emotions and stay engaged in learning.

My Project

I love how curious, resilient, and full of energy my students are. Each child brings their own unique personality and strengths into the classroom, but many also face challenges with self-regulation, anxiety, and focus. They want to do their best, but sometimes big emotions get in the way of learning.

A sensory bottle kit will provide a simple yet effective tool to help them calm down, refocus, and feel more in control of their emotions.

By shaking a bottle and watching the glitter swirl, they can practice mindfulness and self-soothing. These bottles will give students the break they need to reset, so they can return to learning feeling more focused and ready to succeed.
