Everyone gets frustrated or feels sad. Everyday we learn how to cope and practice different strategies, regardless of our age! Students in my classroom require some additional support and practice with self regulation. These are all tools or items that will support their development.

At school especially. Working with other people is difficult, managing your emotions, and students don’t just leave all that goes on outside of school outside! Things happen at home and outside of school that impacts them daily. Support these students in practicing and learning self regulation.
